A wheelchair ramp is located to the left of the front of the Historic Alberta House.

ASL interpretation will be provided during the main program.

Masks are welcomed, but not required.

Gender-neutral and ADA accessible bathrooms are available onsite.

Vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options will be available for dinner and dessert. Major allergens present will include shellfish, wheat, egg, milk, coconut, soy, sesame, and traces of peanuts.

We ask that attendees refrain from wearing fragrances (perfume, cologne).

There will be no flashing lights, strobe effects, or audio distortions. The loudest sounds emitted at the event will be the musical performances at the beginning (7 PM) and end (8:15 PM) of the program portion of the evening.
